Our hours of business are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We may arrive at any time between these hours on the day of the clean. We can't promise to arrive on the same day each month as bad weather or unforeseen issues may delay us. We will notify you in advance of our visit. Please note that we usually work in light rain (which won't reduce the effectiveness of pure-water cleaning). Under our guarantee we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of the clean if you have any complaints. We will rectify any mistakes we make as soon as reasonably practicable. By accepting our services you are deemed to accept these conditions.
Your window cleaning bill becomes due for payment at the time of the clean. We do not operate a credit facility unless arranged in advance.
You can pay in cash, by cheque, with a debit or credit card or by bank transfer.
If you're out when we clean your windows, we will post a payment slip to you. The payment slip will contain your account number, and a list of payment methods. Please us your account number as your reference when making a payment, if payment is made by cheque please use account number as a reference on the rear of the cheque.
Persistent late payment may force us to consider suspending you’re cleaning. Again, by accepting our services you are deemed to accept these payment terms.
